RETURNS POLICY

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us for exchange or refund within 28 days. We can exchange or refund any item which is in its original condition with a copy of your original invoice and a completed returns form.

Please note that any customs or import duties incurred when returning your item are your responsibility.

Please fill out and enclose the Returns Form using the addressed sticker (Returns Department, Tanner & Oak, Hunts Lodge, Manor Road, Woodstock, Oxfordshire, OX20 1XS)

Once received, the return will be processed within 5 working days and an email sent confirming receipt.

Returning your item is your responsibility until it reaches us. The cost of returning your item is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend that you use a postal or delivery tracking service that also insures you up to the value of your item. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges on products that are lost in the post whilst being returned to us.

Any product faults considered to be fair wear and tear are not eligible for refund.
